1. PRICING POLICY All prices are created in DKK and exchanged into the currency you choose. All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe All orders shipped to countries outside Europe is priced without the Danish VAT. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. We endeavour to avoid information errors but please note that pricing errors can occur. Nomatter which walking art product you buy, the rices can vary according to what you and the designer agree upon. Therefore you have to be aware of changes in price smaller or higher, after you have spoken to Maria about how we make your exclusive one-of-a-kind piece of walking art.

2. PAYMENT We accept the following credit- and debit cards: • Dankort • VISA • Mastercard • Maestro used through the service of Paypal. On the way to checkout you will be asked to use Paypal as a paymentoption, and here you can enter almost any type of card as your payment method. As Paypal is the leading payment method worldwide it is also known for being one of the most secure methods. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All orders will be felt with by the designer personally and since this is a walking art design company, which means that every case is personal, unique and therefore new. If the designer has a lot of orders at once, the processing time will be longer, or if you and her find out of something so very special, she will have to make for you, then this can also take longer time. Again, deliver ask varies according to which continent or country, you live in. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs. – SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN DENMARK Free Shipping will apply on all orders above 2500 DKK. On orders less than 2500 DKK, a shipping fee of 80 DKK will be added to your order. – SHIPPING & DELIVERY WITHIN EU 200 DKK in all other countries in Europe. – SHIPPING & DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU 200 DKK in Asia, except for 150 in Japan. 300 in South America & Africa. 150 DKK in USA:

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE We gladly accepts returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offers you 14 days of return from the date of your receipt. It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us which is why there is no extra charge when exchanging items for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item you just have to follow the guideline below. Returns are at your own expense. How to return items 1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and enclose it in the shipment. You can easily reuse the bag the products were sent in for the return. 2. All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached. 3. Send the package to: RainbowLand by Maria Hjelmborg Ålykken 21 6710 Esbjerg V Denmark 4. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop. 5. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account. 6. You will receive a full refund within 14 days. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. • Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping back. 
For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.

6. ITEM AVAILABILITY Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at our webshop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

7. GUARANTEE


 All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact info@rainbowland.dk including your order number, images of the claim and a description.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

 All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care. 

The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.
For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.

9. SECURITY We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the leading standard in transferring information to process your orders. 

Your data will be submitted exclusively to the Danish manager of payment card transactions, Bambora Epay.
We guarantee the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

10. COOKIES Cookies are used to improve your experience on this site. 

These cookies identify your computer and allows the website to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.

11. NOTE Please note that errors can occur regarding information on the site.
This includes errors on price-information so forth these are caused by direct and indirect technical and/or IT-related faults.
